Fresh Flower Orders

Young Designs, LLC will be referred to as "YD"

Perishable Products and Materials
YD reserves the right to substitute plant/flower varieties/colors/products/sundries, Accessories (defined below) and the like if the quality of available specified items do not meet YD's standards or if specified items are not available.  In such event, YD will use a similar item of equal or better value and make reasonable efforts to keep the look of the design as close to the original design as possible.

FORCE MAJEURE: YD shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delays resulting from circumstances or causes beyond the reasonable control of the parties, including, without limitation, fire or other casualty, terrorism, acts of God,strike or labor dispute, war or other violence, or any law, order or requirements of any governmental agency or authority (a “Force Majeure Event”). Subject to the non-refundable payments set forth herein, Customer shall have the right to terminate this Agreement for any Force Majeure Event.

WARRANTY: No flowers, newly planted items or other living Deliverables are guaranteed to survive for any period of time.

THE SERVICES AND DELIVERABLES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS, WHERE IS" AND WITH ALL FAULTS. YD MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, ORAL, WRITTEN OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES AS TO NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, PATENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR WARRANTIES ARISING BY CUSTOM,TRADE USAGE, PROMISE, EXAMPLE OR DESCRIPTION; ALL OF WHICH WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED BY YD AND WAIVED BY CUSTOMER.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations or modifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We are unable to cancel an order within 48 hours of the delivery date. Outside of that window all cancellation requests will be considered on a case by case basis due to the nature of purchasing flowers to order.

SHOP MERCHANDISE - RETURN POLICY

All non-perishable items can be returned within 15 days of purchase accompanied with a receipt, for store credit.
