Flower Substitutions

YD reserves the right to substitute flower varieties/colors/products/sundries, Décor Accessories (defined below) and the like if the quality of available specified items does not meet YD's standards or if specified items are not available. In such event, YD will use a similar item of equal or better value and make reasonable efforts to keep the look of the design as close to the original design as possible.

All flower orders are final. Once the order leaves the store premises to be delivered, YD is no longer responsible for the order (i.e.: any damages incurred due to mishandling, transit, weather, etc.)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or modifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Just let us as soon as you can and we’ll be in touch to let you know how we can help. For Shop Wedding Orders we need at least 1 week notice—the more notice, the better! Any deposits paid on event orders are non-refundable.
